CAFE LEGS: Quite Possibly The Most Important Shop in Los Angeles

Here it is.
Jeff Jonson and Alexis Ross have completed their latest unnecessary
effort called Cafe Legs. A new boutique of sorts, it sits just about
eight feet east of Choke Motorcycle Shop on Normal Ave. and Virgil.
They will be opening one day each month in order to sell one item at
a time. Yep, limited to the max. Sorry for those of you who missed out
on the $2 joints last month. I've been told that they were quite tasty.
What about the dead stock Japanese moped locks with an advanced tumbling
system which is impervious to the old ball point pen trick.

Well enough of that flim-flam. This Saturday (March 7th) they are open
from 12-7 and will actually be selling a quality product.
CHOKE has produced 100 pairs of salvage denim jeans, sizes 28-36.
Think about if APC did a collaboration with JC Penny and you're about
half way there. They will also have espresso up and running again.
That's right, the old Choke espresso. However, don't come looking for
fancy foam maple leaves or hearts. Strictly Italian style.
No milk after noon. Cold beer for drinking buddies.

If you're in that neck of the woods,
drop in for a cigarette and the usual mild humor.

those guys are so great, yesterday, april 19th, me and my girlfriend were feeling a little depressed so we decided to pop down to choke for a game of pinball and cafe legs was open! we hung out while jeff made us some amazing espresso and alexis told us storries and gave hints about where his favorite fruit truck was parked. we bought original teen angels artwork and chicano posters from 81 for $10! what the fuck! these dudes obviously don’t care about money. oh and my lady bought a “space cookie” that took her to the moon.,,.thanks

ANPQuarterly is an arts magazine published by RVCA that focuses on a broader sense of art and community. The idea behind this endeavor is to make a magazine that will educate and inform openly and without the social or financial restrictions that plague many publications today. Our goal is not to focus on current events or “who’s hot” but rather to bring forward people and phenomena that deserve acknowledgment and coverage regardless of their place in time.
