Nice observation. Maybe the hand belongs to a third party.
Probably one of Karl's new tricks..
everything is normal. it looks like karl is holding her left hand with his right hand. all is ok here. shout out to the stinky pinky.
im still tripping. if thats her left hand, than that cant be her left arm that its connected too. unless somehow her left arm is hidden behind her right arm and her right hand is also hidden somewhere behind that silver glove. wo man i guess i should work
