Peaceable Kingdom

A few days ago I arrived in Milan for Chris Johanson and Jo Jackson's exhibition "PEACEABLE KINGDOM" at Marella Gallery.

Christopher Garrett came with them to help set up the show and became the ultimate welcome wagon for my travel weary bones.

The bulk of the show are collaboration paintings by Chris and Jo. Sometimes colabs can be dicey, but these guys brought it home in a major way! Here they are signing the backs of the paintings before hanging the work on the wall.

Then serious discussions about "collaborative vision" were had...

An agreement is forged!! The show is hung!! Bravo!

In the room next door, Chris' awesome geodesic mountain has been installed. It's traveled thousands of miles to get here and it still looks as incredible as ever!! And inside....

Video Drum Circle anyone???!!!! Beautiful.
