The Olympus Pen

When I was in Tokyo a few months ago I picked up an Olympus Pen half-frame camera. I had one of these about ten years ago, but lost it somewhere and I was so happy to find one again. If you don't know what a half-frame is, basically it's a camera that shoots two photos on each regular 35mm frame. You try to put together images that will look good juxtaposed against each other, but eventually you lose track and everything gets all jumbled up. I finally brought a bunch of rolls in to the lab recently and I thought I would share some of the results. If these are any indication, I foresee a half-frame revolution coming soon!!

nice photos especially the first grouping. post some more.

the half-frame cameras are fun. I was taking a lot of them a few years back. I like the camera because of the juxtaposition of the two images and many times end up being random. I also like splitting up the two frames up, here's a few images I took with a half-frame: http://jakewatling.com/gallery5.html
